I'm Princess! (Java hates me, remember? )

It's been a while since I last posted a story. A couple of things happened:

First, I was bred by my owner. (The Human didn't breed with me.  He brought a male hamster over to our apartment...a really really cute one...well, cute but NO personality...he got annoying after a while and I had to bite him on the ear to get him to leave.) I had my first babies, raised them, DID NOT eat them (for all you bigoted hamster-hating slanderers and libelists! A few mothers with nutritional deficiencies and/or living in high stress environments freak out and eat their litters, and you assume you know everything there is to know about hamster mothers!) , and was very grateful when my owner took them out of my cage. I don't know where they are now, but I wish them the best. I'm just glad to be on my own again!

Second, I'm working on a story that has the squirrel executive branch, the squirrel judicial branch, and the SIB STOMPING MAD!  It's something that may affect all animals (and possibly even some Humans) in the future! It's a threat coming from the Humans using technology for the worst possible reason!

I'll give you a hint: You know how the SIB have an ongoing program of destroying all known forms of Human "webcam" surveillance of squirrel nests one cable at a time? You won't BELIEVE what the Humans are up to! AND THEY ARE MAKING THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET!  I guess they didn't realize the SIB have been around for a couple of years. They thought they were pulling a fast one on them.

I don't know when I'll finish this or really where I'm going with it, but it'll be posted here with all the appropriate squirrelly fanfare.

It really is nice to be back.

(And I don't care what the squirrels, Java, and Humans say.  I still think shrews are related to rodents.
